COFFEE
Salted Caramel Cold Brew
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of MILKish (we recommended Unsweetened Original)
- Cold Brew
- Ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons caramel syrup (Home-made - instructions below)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Prepping the Caramel Syrup:
- Begin by combining granulated sugar and water in a small saucepan, then set the heat to medium-high.
- Allow the mixture to simmer without stirring or touching it.
- Once the syrup starts simmering, reduce the heat to medium and let it bubble away until it reaches a light amber hue, which should take about 20 minutes.
- Once the syrup achieves the desired color, turn off the heat.
- With caution, whisk in boiling water.
- Tip: Ensure the water is piping hot to prevent the syrup from hardening.
- Caution: Take care when adding the hot water, as it may steam and spit slightly upon contact with the syrup. Consider using pot holders or wrapping your whisking hand in a towel for safety.
- Next, add vanilla extract and whisk until well combined, and ta-da! You've just made homemade caramel syrup!
Instructions:
- Add the caramel syrup to cold MILKish
- Add to preference but we recommend 1 tablespoon of caramel syrup to 1/4 cup milk
- Use a milk frother to whip and froth the mixture into cold foam.
- Fill a separate glass (the one you’ll be drinking from) with ice cubes.
- Pour the cold brew over the ice until the glass is about three-quarters full.
- Top it off with the caramel cold foam and indulge in your Salted Caramel Cold Brew
Creamy Pumpkin Latte
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of MILKish (we recommended Unsweetened Vanilla)
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon sugar (if desired)
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee or espresso
- Cinnamon for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, combine the MILKish, pumpkin puree, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat, whisking constantly, until it's hot but not boiling.
- Remove from heat and froth the mixture using a milk frother or whisk until it becomes creamy and frothy.
- Pour the hot brewed coffee or espresso into a mug.
- Gently pour the frothy pumpkin milk mixture over the coffee.
- Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Iced White Mocha
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup MILKish (we recommended Unsweetened Vanilla)
- 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee or espresso
- 2 tablespoons white chocolate chips or white chocolate syrup
- Ice cubes
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Chocolate shavings for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Brew a strong cup of coffee or espresso and allow it to cool to room temperature.
- In a microwave-safe bowl or small saucepan, heat the milk and white chocolate chips/syrup together until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is hot but not boiling. Stir well to combine.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the cooled coffee over the ice cubes.
- Pour the hot milk and white chocolate mixture over the coffee.
- Stir gently to combine.
- If desired, top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing iced white mocha!
SMOOTHIES
Superfood Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of MILKish (we recommended Unsweetened Vanilla)
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 tablespoon sunflower seed butter
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- A handful of ice cubes
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Adjust the consistency by adding more MILKish or coconut water if needed.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately. This superfood smoothie is packed with nutrients to fuel your day!
Tropical Bliss Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup MILKish (we recommended Unsweetened Original)
- 1 ripe banana, frozen
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks, frozen
- 1/2 cup mango chunks, frozen
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut (optional)
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
- A handful of ice cubes
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.

- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave syrup
- A handful of ice cubes
- Vegan whipped cream (optional)
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more maple syrup.

COCKTAILS
Plant-Based Piña Colada
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of MILKish (we recommended Unsweetened Vanilla)
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 2 tablespoons coconut cream (optional, for extra creaminess)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- Pineapple slices and maraschino cherries for garnish (optional)
- Rum (optional, for an alcoholic version)
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine the MILKish, pineapple chunks, coconut water, coconut cream (if using), and maple syrup/agave syrup.
- If you're making an alcoholic version, add a shot of rum to the blender as well.
- Add the crushed ice to the blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more maple syrup/agave syrup.

Brandy Alexander
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz brandy
- 1 oz MILKish (we recommended Unsweetened Original)
- 1 oz dark crème de cacao
- Freshly grated nutmeg (for garnish)
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
- Add brandy, dark crème de cacao, and MILKish.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

White Russian
Ingredients:
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 oz MILKish (we recommended Unsweetened Original)
- 1 oz coffee liqueur (such as Kahlua)
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
